Well it wasn’t easy, due to Bleep being crammed far over capacity and crashing countless times, but i got it, yeah i wedged my proverbial foot in the door and now i can say come June 10th I will have the next Boards of Canada LP on it’s merry way to my house, Coming in the form of a neat 2x12” package, i can honestly say, i can’t fucking wait!

A mix I went and did today, first time trying ableton live for putting together a set, and while it’s no playing records, it was definitely fun to make and i’m very happy with the outcome, featuring tracks of the more reclusive side of house & techno from a whole load of great producers, check it out, feedback welcome,
Cassegrain & Tin Man - Rest
Out now on Berlin’s Killekill.
With full respect to the victims in Boston, I do find it a bit off when people write about how shocked and deeply saddened they are, while turning a blind eye to similar events that happen on a much bigger scale all over the world each day.
Of course it would not make sense to empathize with every terrible occurance around the world, or likewise to none, but theres something that bugs me about selective sympathy, as at the end of the day we’re all equal human beings..
Is no sympathy better than fake sympathy?
I’m not sure it may seem a bit callous but then again it’s just a thought.
what do you think?
Lil Louis - Frequency
Seriously bugged out Chicago house madness from 1987.
